If you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase you can return your handbag(s) via courier for a refund. You must return your bag(s), new and unused within 30 days of receipt for refund. Please refer our Return Policy for more details. We are always here to help and you can contact us anytime.
How do I return for a refund or exchange?
In order to process your return you must send us an email with the details of your order and the items you would like to return. In order to process a replacement or refund you must return the items you received at your expense and provide a tracking number. We do not charge re stocking fee.
What are the return, exchange, refund policies?
As the return process is complicated and trouble some for international shipping, it is our policy to check the bags numerous times before shipping them to customers. We guarantee the quality of our goods and this is done to reduce returns.
We only accept defective merchandise or incorrect merchandise shipped ONLY. You may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This refund does not include the cost of shipping. Please include all the original packing, material, merchandise, and any included accessories in your package. (ie. locks, keys, straps, boxes..) Upon receipt of your return we will inspect your item along with reading your descriptions. Refunds are issued in the same form in which the original payment was made and may take up to 15 business days after the receipt of goods. Buyer must pay return shipping and subject to 25% restocking fee.

What is your shipping guarantee?
Our standard shipping takes only 7-10 business days! We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package, upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order; we ship all our handbags with low value to avoid such charges. 99.99% of our customers receive their package without customs hassles. We will follow the standard policy that if your order is seized in China, we will replace it for free. If it is seized in the destination country, however, we assume no liability. We cannot control what customs chooses to take or let through, so it would be unfair to expect us to bear the responsibility of replacing all seized packages.
How will you ship my fashion handbags?
We ship all our fashion handbags through courier services to your door. You will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 14-25 business days worldwide. A tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours so you can track the progress of your order online. Please allow up to 5 days for the shipping company to update the information on their website.
Do you ship the handbags internationally?
We ship designer handbags anywhere in the world, including Germany.
Will I have to pay Import taxes?
We ship the goods with a low value, around $30 per carton. Most countries do not calculate import tax or any sales taxes for low value imports. The customer is responsible for any taxes charged. 99% of our customers are not charged any taxes.
